Adam Henry is the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Senior Portfolio Manager at John W. Rosenthal Capital Management, Inc.  Adam works closely with John Rosenthal, the company’s CEO and Chief Investment Officer, to maintain the holdings of the four limited partnerships which serve as investment vehicles for the firm.

Adam graduated from Miami University of Ohio where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance. Adam subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with a concentration in tax and business law, where he was a recipient of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Sicherman Excellence in Bankruptcy Award. While at Cleveland-Marshall, he was an active student member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and served as executive editor of the Cleveland State Law Review.

Prior to law school, Adam worked as a licensed wealth management advisor to high net worth individuals and business owners creating comprehensive long-term financial plans and structuring business succession strategies. He has worked for Wells Fargo Private Bank, PNC Investments and Pinkerton Wealth Management.

After law school, Adam joined one of Cleveland's leading business law firms where he practiced in the areas of general corporate and business law, securities regulations, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning.

Adam is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, as well as the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He also serves as Vice President of the board for the Foundation for Geauga Parks.

Adam grew up in Northeast Ohio and currently resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with his wife and children.
