Charles “Adam” Henry
Adam Henry is the President and General Counsel at Rosenthal | Henry Capital Advisors, Inc. He also serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer ("CIO") of our Firm. The Firm serves as the exclusive investment advisor and general partner for the 3 limited partnerships ("the Funds") we sponsor.
Mr. Henry is responsible for making investment decisions for the Funds. Generally speaking, in making those decisions he follows the Investment Philosophy & Approach outlined in the About Our Firm page of our website.
Adam graduated from Miami University of Ohio where he earned a bachelor’s degree from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business. Adam subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with a concentration in tax and business law, where he was a recipient of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Sicherman Excellence in Bankruptcy Award. While at Cleveland-Marshall, he was an active student member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and served as executive editor of the Cleveland State Law Review.
Prior to law school, Adam worked as a licensed wealth management adviser to high net worth individuals and business owners creating comprehensive long-term financial plans and structuring business succession strategies. He has worked for Wells Fargo Private Bank, PNC Investments and Pinkerton Wealth Management.
After law school, Adam joined one of Cleveland's leading business law firms where he practiced in the areas of general corporate and business law, securities regulations, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning.
Adam is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, as well as the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He also serves on the board for the Foundation for Geauga Parks.
Adam grew up in Northeast Ohio and currently resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with his wife and children.
